It is important to note that "if you actually took the number of Muslim Americans, we’d be one of the largest Muslim countries in the world".

So says President Barack Obama. Or I should say: Barack Hussein Obama.

That’s right: Barack Hussein Obama. Say it proud. Say it out loud. The middle moniker that dared not speak its name during the election campaign is now front and centre of the US president’s attempt to woo the Muslim world, the theme of his visits to Riyadh on Wednesday and Cairo on Thursday.

Petrified of the potential political fallout of being branded a Muslim, Candidate Obama – a practicing Christian – never used the name "Hussein" and its use was frowned upon as a forbidden code for the nutty accusation that he was some kind of Islamic Manchurian candidate.

No more. To say Barack Hussein Obama – BHO for short – now appears to be the height of political correctness.

As I argue in this analysis for the Telegraph dead tree edition, Obama is seeking to return to a Middle East policy based on realism – buttressed by the bona fides of his own multi-cultural (including Muslim) background.

In Strasbourg two months ago, the president tried out his full name. Days later in Ankara, he was introduced to the Turkish parliament by his full name.

As ABC’s Jake Tapper and Sunlen Miller astutely outline here, the Obama administration is embracing the new president’s inner Muslim, as it were, with deputy national security adviser that Obama had "experienced Islam on three continents…growing up in Indonesia, having a Muslim father — obviously Muslim Americans [are] a key part of Illinois and Chicago".

So that’s once, twice, three times a Muslim?

Just in case the Arab world hasn’t yet got this message of inbuilt tolerance, Mr Obama himself has gone a step further. In an interview with France’s Canal Plus released on Tuesday evening, he suggested that the United States might be a Muslim country.

Obama said he wanted to "create a better dialogue so that the Muslim world understands more effectively how the United States but also how the West thinks about many of these difficult issues like terrorism, like democracy, to discuss the framework for what’s happened in Iraq and Afghanistan and our outreach to Iran, and also how we view the prospects for peace between the Israelis and the Palestinians".

So far, so blah – President George W. Bush often expressed much the same sentiments.

But then, as is his habit , Obama turned the concept around. "Now, the flip side is I think that the United States and the West generally, we have to educate ourselves more effectively on Islam.

"And one of the points I want to make is, is that if you actually took the number of Muslim Americans, we’d be one of the largest Muslim countries in the world.  And so there’s got to be a better dialogue and a better understanding between the two peoples."

Obama said in Turkey that Americans "do not consider ourselves a Christian nation or a Jewish nation or a Muslim nation". John McCain was criticised in 2007 for saying the US was "a Christian nation", later amending this to "a Judeo-Christian valued nation".

Of course, the concept of separation of church and state, which derived from the First Amendment to the Constitution, means that the US is not officially a Christian nation or a nation of any other particular religion. Which means, I suppose, that the US is as much a Muslim nation as a Christian one.

It’s a bold – some might say audacious – turnaround by the president.

It’s also a classically Obamaesque move.

During the 2008 campaign, he skillfully made himself, through his life story, the personification of change.

Now, implicitly contrasting himself with the born-again, evangelical Bush who pursued a pst-9/11 "crusade" against terrorism, Obama is presenting himself to the Islamic world as the personification of a new, tolerant – and, yes, partly Muslim – America.

Nietzsche is an atheist German philosopher who lived from 1844-1900 and together with others of the radical left of that time like Arthur Schopenhower created the intellectual atmosphere for Karl Marx and his Communist Manifesto. They called for changing society – but not to improve the life of people but to use them to gain power and keep it. He created the concept of "overman," the man stronger than others with the right to step over the weak, which attracted Hitler. The alternative to Marxism is not capitalism, as so many people believe. The only alternative is an answer to the spiritual fundament of this godless philosophy. The change they are talking about is no change but a steppingstone to their own power on the way to a totalitarian system. Socialist Hitler destroyed free society in a few months. Socialist Obama is close to his steppingstone. The following is an attempt to clarify the issue.

There is a fundamental difference between Marxism, provider of the socialist philosophy, and Christian teachings. The difference makes the two worldviews incompatible – in other words, you cannot be both. Whoever says that they are compatible either lies or is ignorant.

Marxists believe that a non-socialist society is to blame for what is wrong with people and therefore, change has to begin with those who are responsible for society, mainly "the rich." Others, not they, have to change, and the others are in the end all those who oppose socialism. People are either forced to comply or they are killed, as happened in Nazi Germany. If you put right what is wrong in society, so goes Marxist theory, you will heal injustice and people, products of a hostile society, will become their good selves. Healing is created by installing more and more socialists in office, socialist immorality and socialist programs.

Barack Obama has not touched corruption and moral issues. His plans for dealing with issues are of economic nature and are pure Marxism – blaming the non-socialist enemies and distributing money to bribe poor voters, making them dependent on government and cementing its power. Marxism’s concepts lead to the welfare state – and on to a totalitarian system built on lies where government is central. There is no real concern for people; power is at the heart of all their projects.

Christianity teaches that what is wrong is the fallen nature of man, who gives in to the evil inside. Moral change in people and restoring the broken relationship with God will change what is wrong in society. Christian teachings are at the heart of our Constitution. Responsibility for oneself is a pre-condition for a healthy society. That is why America is special and prosperous. Government’s task is to clear the way for initiatives of their citizens and not block it. John McCain and Sarah Palin’s priority to clean up the government and bring it back to the people is exactly what America needs. They know, as we do, that Republicans, especially those at the center in Washington, are also responsible for ousting our Constitution from American society, with devastating consequences. John McCain and Sarah Palin are getting at this corruption, beginning with their own ranks. Their priorities are job creation, drilling and fighting inflation. They are pro-life and so is the Republican Party.

Sen. Obama answered the question of the Rev. Rick Warren regarding when life begins during a national television interview with "This is above my pay grade." I think he lied. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi stated, "I would say that as an ardent, practicing Catholic this is an issue that I have studied for a long time. And what I know is, over centuries the doctors of the church have not been able to make that definition. … We don’t know. The point is that it shouldn’t have an impact on a woman’s right to choose." I think she lied. She is neither an ardent nor a normal Catholic; she is a godless socialist pagan. Colorado Archbishop Charles Chaput commented, "Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is a gifted public servant of strong convictions and many professional skills. Regrettable, knowledge of Catholic history and teaching does not seem to be one of them." No woman has a right to have her child killed.

I heard Sen. Joe Biden say that he is pro-life but cannot force his religious views on others. So he is part of the abortion gang like a myriad of Democratic colleagues who also like to be on both sides of the issue.

The Democratic Party, with the leadership of Obama, the Clintons, Reid, Pelosi and comrades, is an illegitimate party that is destroying the Constitution – which leads to spiritual, political and economic disaster. It is illegitimate because of policy principles like abortion and also Darwinism being taught in schools. Instead of protecting life, this party promotes killing life. The Republican Party, on the other hand, is legitimate in principle with a majority that wants to do what is right but is lacking a national and personal purpose and therefore so often appeases what is wrong. Nobody wants to risk his position. It is the Appeaser’s Party. There are too many who are looking after themselves first and their country second.

One central theme is enough to clarify why I say that the socialist Democratic Party is illegitimate. Their policies are Marxist and not American, and they promote immorality. It was the Soviet Union, for instance, that was the first state to make abortion legal, already at the beginning of the ’20s. Having grown up in the godless totalitarian Nazi society, it is appalling for me to watch that in America, politicians can speak of their "Christian faith" and at the same time make abortion, same-sex marriage and homosexuality their party policy. Democrats are not fit for American constitutional government.

No government or parliament across the globe has the authority to overrule God. The godless national Socialists, called Nazis, did it, and my family, Jewish people, all Germans and Europeans paid dearly for it, because millions of us did not see our own evil inside. American soldiers shed their blood to liberate us from Nazi power. It pains me to see America today on the same track. Not only those who actively promote the godless programs allowed by our government establishment but also those who for personal reasons or lack of backbone appease them. They will pay for it, here and when they face their Creator. I know the consequence of a godless government. America must have a God-fearing government. The abortionists are closer to the Nazis than to our Founding Fathers. Both base their philosophy and action on lies.

According to an article by Gary Parker, president of the Alabama Policy Institute, in the Mobile Press-Register, Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood, the national abortion provider, said, "I am still having trouble expressing the depth of my anger about McCain’s choice of a running mate." Richards and Nancy Keenan, president of NARAL Pro-Choice America, were featured speakers at the Democratic National convention in Denver. They endorsed Obama, who supports federal funding for abortions. As Illinois state senator, he voted against the Born Alive Infant Protection bill, which would have prohibited the killing of late-term babies that survive attempted abortions. You wonder on what information Obama voted. Does he play superficially with human life? The following information is easy to come by. Pelosi’s statement at the beginning of this article clearly means that it doesn’t matter whether the baby inside the womb of the mother is alive or not we – will kill it anyway.

There are various ways to perform an abortion, but abortion is said to be more dangerous than childbirth. In a late-term partial-birth abortion, which is also used for advanced pregnancies, the cervix is dilated to allow passage of a ring forceps. A foot or lower leg is located and pulled into the vagina. The baby is extracted in breech fashion until the head is just inside the cervix. The baby’s legs hang outside the woman’s body. With the baby face down, scissors are plunged into the baby’s head at the nape of the neck and spread open to enlarge the wound. A suction tip is inserted and the baby’s brain is removed. The skull collapses and the baby is delivered. Sharp and suction curettage is continued until the walls of the womb are clean.

Suction aspiration is the most common method of abortion during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. General or local anesthesia is given to the mother and her cervix is quickly dilated. A suction curette (hollow tube with a knife-edged tip) is inserted into the womb. This instrument is then connected to a vacuum machine by a transparent tube. The vacuum suction, 29 times more powerful than a household vacuum cleaner, tears the fetus and placenta into small pieces, which are sucked through the tube into a bottle and discarded.

Another procedure is called Dilatation and Evacuation and is performed during the second trimester, 4-6 months of pregnancy. A pliers-like instrument is needed because the baby’s bones are calcified, as is the skull. There is no anesthetic for the baby. The abortionist inserts the instrument into the uterus, seizes a leg or other part of the body and, with a twisting motion, tears it from the baby’s body. This is repeated again and again. The spine must be snapped and the skull crushed to remove them.

Let me educate Obama, Pelosi and their abortion gang who are exposing an unbelievable superficiality and disdain for human life in dealing with this subject of central importance for our nation. After all, according to the statistics, around 50 million killings of living human beings took place since the Supreme Court, with a one-vote majority, made unconstitutional abortion legal. The Nazis murdered 6 million Jews and 10 million others – Germans, Slavs, gypsies, handicapped, Christians, their opposition and others.

Life begins at conception. Modern technology allows observing what happens in the uterus of a woman and how in only five weeks a fetus grows from the size of a sesame seed to a baby developing brain, backbone, heart and everything else that makes a person. Science explains that it is possible that from one cell sex, the color of the eyes and hairs and a myriad of other features can be determined. Eighteen days after conception, there is a heartbeat; after 40 days the fetus has brain waves. Nothing changes in the nine months of pregnancy; everything just grows. My wife, Dina, and I can observe photos of how our grandchild grows from the size of sesame seed to a baby. We also saw on Fox News a video of another baby in the womb of her mother, a bit older than our grandchild. It is fascinating! Abortionists must be stopped from killing human beings.

We are living in the middle of humanity’s insurrection against God. The insurrection consists of the organized abandonment of God’s commandments in the once-Christian Western world and the establishment of a global social and political infrastructure, which is contrary to His order but capable of integrating Christian voters with a toothless Christian understanding. The United States is now spearheading this movement. At the same time, this nation still has a strong moral substance with people committed to reverse the trend into disaster. America will never win the ideological war unless it can defeat the lies that dominate our society. Change must come, but there must be moral change, each person beginning with oneself. Stop lying, make restitution, and stand up for truth. America should be spearheading lasting freedom across the world. Only freedom based on our Constitution and the absolute truth of God can last.

Are You an Obama Winner? Or an Obama Loser?

If there was one feeling that inspired almost a million Americans to come out for the Tax Day Tea Parties last month it was this: That our government, supposedly created of the people, by the people and for the people, is busy picking winners and losers.
The feeling that our politics are increasingly rigged against us didn’t begin with President Obama. Deciding to bailout Wall Street rather than let deserving companies go bankrupt began under President Bush.

But the Obama Administration has elevated rewarding some Americans and punishing others to a governing philosophy.
And as he has expanded the size and the scope of government, President Obama has only increased his ability to reach into our businesses, our communities, and even our homes to separate Americans into two groups: Those who will benefit from the new order, and those who will pay the bills.
What follows is just a partial list of the winners and losers of the Obama Administration so far, organized by the government policies that will decide their fate:

The Chrysler Bankruptcy Pt. 1:

Bankruptcy was once a legal process in which an insolvent company, an impartial judge and creditors voting in good faith worked together to make the best of a bad situation.
Under the Obama Administration, the Chrysler bankruptcy has become a political process in which government has bought off some creditors, demonized others, and predetermined a favorable result for an important political constituency.
What happened last week with Chrysler was an unprecedented case of executive branch involvement in a bankruptcy proceeding. That’s right. As many as 30 detainees at Guantanamo are slated for release into the United States, including a group of Chinese, al Qaeda-trained jihadists who are reportedly being encouraged to settle in Northern Virginia.
And not only is the Obama Administration releasing these terrorists into the United States, it’s proposing that the U.S. taxpayers foot the bill.
Here’s how Dennis Blair, President Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, rationalizes their plan for welfare for terrorists: "If we are to release them in the United States, we need some sort of assistance for them to start a new life," Blair said last month. "You can’t just put them on the street."

President Obama has announced that his criteria for picking a Supreme Court Justice to replace the retiring David Souter are jurists with the proper "empathy" and those who don’t regard justice as "abstract legal theory."
Empathy for the less fortunate should have a central place in our public policy. But feeling the people’s pain is the job of the people who make the laws. The job of judges is to interpret the laws without regard to the race, color, creed or station of the individuals involved.
When we start picking judges based on their "empathy" for certain groups, the rights of favored groups inevitably collide with the rights of others. That’s why we have – or should have – equal justice before the law.

President Obama frequently urges young Americans to emulate him by making the choice to forgo a lucrative career in finance or law and choose public service instead. But now he’s put the full power of the federal government behind his favored career path for young Americans.
Speaking last week to the New York Times, President Obama said that his anti-business, high-taxing, and high-regulating crusade against Wall Street "means that more talent, more resources will be going to other sectors of the economy. I actually think that’s healthy."
The message will not be lost on young Americans: Do what the President thinks is "healthy." Be an Obama winner, not a loser.

What is at Stake Isn’t Just Tax Dollars and Jobs But Freedom

The list could go on and on.
What is at stake isn’t just the tax dollars, the jobs and the opportunities of those Americans who come out on the losing side of the Obama Administration’s policies – as important as these things are.
What is at stake are moral issues of fairness and freedom. As Arthur Brooks, the President of the American Enterprise Institute, wrote last week, it’s immoral for the government to "confiscate more income from the minority simply because the government can. It’s also a moral issue to lower the rewards for entrepreneurial success, and to spend what we don’t have without regard for our children’s future."
Americans don’t mind working hard and competing to win. We don’t even mind losing sometimes.
What we mind is government making the call. That was the real message of the Tea Party movement, and it’s one President Obama and his aides would do well to hear.

I’m a Paranoid Extremist Because I’m Looking Up!

Are you a student of Bible prophecy who has discovered that the Bible teaches the planet will soon be under the control of the one-world government of the Antichrist before Jesus comes and institutes His one-world government? Do you believe the Bible teaches murdering our children is wrong and homosexuality destroys lives and that we should speak out against them? Do you feel the increasing immorality is fueling increasing crime, and wish to defend your children with a firearm? Do you love America and want to see it obey its own Constitution limiting federal power and enforcing its own immigration laws? Are you a military veteran who has bled for the freedom of your country?

If you can answer "yes" to just one of these, then you are now considered by America’s own Department of Homeland Security, to be a "domestic rightwing terrorist."

The Document

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Intelligence and Analysis, Extremism and Radicalization Branch, in coordination with the FBI, released their ten page Homeland Environment Threat Analysis on April 7, 2009, titled "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment." The purpose of this "one of a series" of threat analysis is "to facilitate a greater understanding of the phenomenon of violent radicalization in the United States" so that all "law enforcement officials… may effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to terrorist attacks against the United States."

While the document declares the Threat Analysis must be made in an "overt and transparent manner," the document also commands that "no portion of the LES information should be released to the media, the general public, or over non-secure Internet servers."

The Threat Analysis reports that "domestic rightwing terrorists" are energized by a series of current political and social factors: the economic downturn, the election of an African-American president, the possible passage of new restrictions on firearms, immigration and citizenship, the expansion of social programs to minorities, anti-Semitism directed by a perceived "cabal of Jewish ‘financial elites,’" the rise of a "New World Order," and the large numbers of returning "military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities."

In response to these factors, the DHS claims "domestic rightwing terrorists" are recruiting veterans for paramilitary training and purchasing and stockpiling weapons and ammunition. They are teaching "their children specifically xenophobia and antidemocratic ideals." And, they are using "the Internet and other information age technologies" for the purposes of planning and implementing "violent extremist attack" upon the government.

The document claims such violence has already begun "in two instances in the run-up to the election" when "extremists appeared to be in the early planning stages of some threatening activity targeting the Democratic nominee, but law enforcement interceded." It also cites the Oklahoma City Bombing by since-executed Timothy McVeigh.

The document parallels today’s conditions with 1990, stating "prominent among these themes were the militia movement’s opposition to gun control efforts, criticism of free trade agreements (particularly those with Mexico), and highlighting perceived government infringement on civil liberties as well as white supremacists’ longstanding exploitation of social issues such as abortion, inter-racial crimes, and same-sex marriage."

For people who are concerned about an impending collapse of the United States, the Threat Assessment warns that "historically, domestic rightwing extremists have feared, predicted, and anticipated a cataclysmic economic collapse in the United States." Those who believe this may happen are "conspiracy theorists" who fear "declarations of martial law, impending civil strife or racial conflict, suspension of the U.S. Constitution, and the creation of citizen detention camps."

That concern, the document claims, is fueled by those who believe in "’end times’ prophecies." The document says end-time Bible prophecy teachings "have been linked with the radicalization of domestic extremist individuals and groups in the past, such as violent Christian Identity organizations and extremist members of the militia movement."

On a brighter note for all Americans involved, the Threat Assessment reports it "has no specific information that domestic rightwing terrorists… [are] currently planning acts of violence." Also, it shares the view that "both rightwing extremists and law-abiding citizens share a belief that rising crime rates attributed to a slumping economy make the purchase of legitimate firearms a wise move at this time."

The DHS/I&A "will be working with its state and local partners over the next several months to ascertain with greater regional specificity the rise in rightwing extremist activity in the United States, with a particular emphasis on the political, economic, and social factors that drive rightwing extremist radicalization."

The Response

In only the few days since what must have been its leak to The Washington Times newspaper, the DHS Threat Assessment has created a clamor of angry responses. Americans who love their country, its laws and the Bible feel insulted and betrayed that our own government would label over 50% of the population "domestic rightwing terrorists."

Well known speakers like former President Ronald Reagan’s son Michael, have expressed their incredulity. And Jay Sekulow, chief counsel at the American Center for Law & Justice, is even "preparing a legal analysis and will be launching a nationwide campaign in the days ahead to demand that Homeland Security remove the references from its warning."

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano defended the report, saying that only the definition of right-wing extremism that was included in a footnote should be reworded to be more sensitive.
My Analysis

Concerning the DHS Threat Assessment document, I’ve read over the ten pages and have found it disturbing. Its claim that Americans who do not agree with the liberal bent of the current administration are paranoid, shows just how paranoid the current administration is.

In part, I can understand the racism element involved in the government’s paranoia. Despicable white supremist groups do ooze out of their pits now and then and wouldn’t mind taking a pot-shot at President Obama, or anyone else outside of their hometown for that matter.

For these white supremist groups, the Threat Assessment is certainly addressing, it is well-founded to keep an eye on such groups. But, that racism is somehow tied to the pro-life and pro-marriage movements is an outrageous inference.

As for the paranoia that conservative values equal terrorist values, that inference shows the highest and most unfounded levels of paranoia. The United States has been a nation composed of many ideologies and values throughout its history that for the most part have lived peaceably side-by-side. That the liberal ideology would believe it has to call competitive ideologies "terrorists," proves those who hold to that terminology must themselves be fearful bigots. Fearful bigotry produced the most dreadful event in American history – the Civil War. Is that what the current DHS guard is advocating?

As for Christians who believe in God’s moral law and students of Bible prophecy, being seen as terrorists is a chilling thought. Christians only have to look at other large democracies like India to see that democracy doesn’t protect its Christian citizens when the government would rather not have them around.

When did such a transition take place in the United States, that our "apple pie" Americans who love God and country such as myself would be seen as the enemy? The answer coincides when the values of the Bible were ejected from our society. A free and truly democratic society that values life and liberty cannot survive without those who hold to God’s moral law. True freedom requires Jesus Christ, the Bible, and a foundation that rests firmly on what God calls right and wrong.

I do hope that every intelligence agent who is scouring my article to discern the thought and intents of my heart comes to understand this.

A Deception of Cosmic Proportions

UFOs are real, they’re just not from outer space.  So says Chuck Missler in his informative book, Alien Encounters: The Secret Behind the UFO Phenomenon.  Missler is convinced that the alleged aliens publicized these days are demonic forces, and equates them convincingly with the angels that co-habited with women in Genesis 6.

What was once the domain of fiction has become the preoccupation of serious scientific investigation.  Why do these alleged aliens promote a one-world government on Earth?  Why do they often communicate through channeling? Order this book and find out the answers!

Stay with me for these few paragraphs and see if your curiosity isn’t piqued just a bit.  Granted, there are many details we don’t know about the pre-flood days, but in my opinion, Missler’s hypothesis fills in a lot of gaps (Matt. 24:37).
Think about it.  The Bible says, "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows his handiwork" (Psalm 19:1).  But talk of UFOs and aliens from outer space doesn’t glorify God.  To the contrary; you’d be very surprised at what they DO glorify.
For instance, these alleged extraterrestrials are big proponents of a new world order.  According to Missler, "Throughout the history of alleged extraterrestrial contact there is one theme that dominates ETs’ messages to mankind.  In order to survive, we must unify our resources into a global society, with a world governing body and global religion."  Sound familiar?
He then cites Brad Steiger, author of the book, The Fellowship:  "Contactees have been told that the Space Beings hope to guide Earth to a period of great unification . . . The Space Beings also seek to bring about a single, solidified government, which will conduct itself on spiritual principles . . ."

Missler’s conviction that these beings are demons is further strengthened by the fact that these alleged aliens are "coincidentally" concerned with the exact same philosophies espoused by the New Age movement!  He says a vast majority of abductees "have shown an interest in paranormal activities, Eastern religions, and New Age world-view.  A large percentage of abductees have also reported a history of involvement with Ouija boards, astrology, witchcraft, astral projection, telepathic communication, channeling, past life regressions, and the like." 

In fact, apparently "one of the more common sources of information from extraterrestrials comes through channelers.  Channeling [a practice prolific among followers of the New Age movement] is a process whereby an individual (the channel) allows him or herself to be entered or spoken through by a spiritual entity [read: demon]."  
Missler also cites Jacques Vallee, world-renowned UFO researcher, who says, "The structure of abduction stories [is] identical to that of occult initiation rituals."  These issues may seem far out, but they are germane to the subject of the end-times, which an increasing number of Christians believe we’re living in right now!
And speaking of the end-times, I just have to share this with you.  Apparently these ETs have a plan to "evacuate the millions of people who are ‘out of vibration’ with Earth Mother!"  I kid you not!  According to Missler, ET officionados explain that, "extraterrestrials will ‘beam up’ or levitate these individuals into hundreds of cloaked alien ships that are currently surrounding the Earth.  When the global situation reaches a crisis point on Earth, they will evacuate these people in a ‘twinkling of an eye.‘"  Apparently Satan feels an intense need to explain where millions of us have gone after the fact.
Admittedly, this is a subject that generates a lot of discussion!  Some may say this is strange Star Wars or Twilight Zone talk, but it is actually thought-provoking apologetics to contemplate.  But our central focus right now must continue to be to warn our loved ones of the danger looming over our world and to reach those who are lost with the good news of eternal salvation through Jesus Christ – while we still have time!
The Bible says there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven in the last days (Luke 21:11).  I find it intriguing that the escalation of UFO activity began in 1948.  Even back then the demonic world sensed that the rebirth of Israel was a sign that the time was short.
Take heart, friend!  A good and perfect world government is coming — the reign of Jesus Christ on this earth.  If you know Jesus Christ personally you – as I – will be reigning with Him (Rev. 20:6)!  At that time Satan and his minions will be bound for a thousand years, summarily squashed in one last attempt to overthrow the King of kings, and then banished to the lake of fire for eternity. 
Look up (Luke 21:28).  Our redemption is coming!!

Throwing America Under the Bus

The mouthpiece of the new world order — the mainstream news media — is falling all over itself to show the images and symbols of how leaders of the 20 most powerful nations on earth came together to "save the world." Their tinny reporting has all the makings of a corny B movie about a bunch of inexperienced, yet cunning crooks, plotting to close down or control all the places where people keep their money, steal the world’s wealth, redistribute it among their buddies, and deceive the masses while appearing to be a frat house of raucous superheroes. Unfortunately, the world stage is little different than Hollywood and the myth of the movie is, in truth, a reality show.
Great Britain’s Prime Minister Harold Brown whipped the media into a frenzy by declaring, "I think a new world order is emerging and with it the foundations of a new and progressive era of international cooperation." Brown underscored a global Communist theme in saying, "We have resolved from today, we will together manage the process of globalization to secure responsibility from all and fairness to all." Brown summarized the accomplishments of the G20 summit saying world leaders embarked on the largest redistribution of wealth in history by agreeing to reform banks, restructure the global financial system, give money to the poor and ensure "a green recovery."  

The man who now occupies the Oval Office threw America’s sovereignty under the bus, joined up with the gang of 20, and agreed to an international heist of a trillion dollars as the first installment of redistributing America’s wealth to the rest of the world in support of programs that will make his Socialist and Communist buddies richer and more powerful. He explained his strategy of compromise to adoring reporters: "Each country has its own quirks and own particular issues that a leader may decide is really, really important, something that is non-negotiable for them. And what we tried to do as much as possible was to accommodate those issues in a way that did not hamper the effectiveness of the overall document."

Even Russian President Dmitry Medvedev hailed the US President as "my new comrade." The Russians are ecstatic over the possibility of the US now reversing all previous policies that protected America and her allies from Russian-inspired attacks.

In II Timothy 3:13 the Bible warns of the type of leaders that would emerge in the latter days. "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." The world has witnessed the very foundational cornerstone being laid of a one world order. And those who do not know better are embracing this deadly plague dressed like a virgin bride — just like in the movies. This script, however, was not written in Hollywood.

What Commandment Tells Us to Recycle?

From Sydney, Australia, to San Francisco, nearly 4,000 cities in 88 countries turned off their lights this past weekend for "Earth Hour." The campaign was designed to highlight the threat of climate change.  If people want to spend their weekends this way that is fine; however, I have a real problem with the root of their thinking which would be that man is causing a climate catastrophe, and that man is at the root of global warming. So in light of my sentiment, I kept my lights on and chose not to dine by candlelight.
In spite of the attempts of Al Gore, I have yet to be shown absolute scientific proof that man is at the root of the global climate "catastrophe." I suspect the sun is somehow involved; however, visit my home state of Minnesota just about any January and you would actually wish that Gore’s fake science would come true.
This rather secular cause has made its way into the heart of many Christians! What fuels it? First we have many churches that belong to the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) who make it a primary issue. The NAE was birthed in the 1940s to be an instrument to counter the more liberal National and World Council of Churches that never met a social cause behind which they didn’t rally. The NAE for decades focused like a laser beam on gospel preaching, missions, evangelism, Bible memorization, and more.

If you visit their Web site, www.nae.net, you are hit with propaganda such as this: "What do you personally do to take care of God’s creation?" "Evangelical" leaders and pastors respond by talking about recycling, picking up (garbage) after others, and purchasing used furniture.  One person polled proudly stated that his goal was to fill just one garbage can a month! How about a call to win one lost soul to Jesus a month? But this is the new NAE!

Moving on to a similar example, now we have The Green Bible. This Bible is trying to make gardeners out of all of us. It is put out by Harper Collins, and it calls attention to more than 1,000 verses related to nature. It is printed in forest green and on soy paper. As much as I love the nature that surrounds my townhouse complex, if I am looking for a new Bible, it will be one that has 1,000 verses highlighted about winning lost souls.

The Green Bible furthers the cause of "creation care" by containing supplementary writings by Desmond Tutu, Emergent leader Brian McLaren, and others who are not sound in their theology. Some contributors to this Bible suggest that eco-neglect violates Jesus’ call to care for the least among us. In other words, a tree is now the "least among us." How tragic things have gone this far off course.

Southern Baptist leader Richard Land says, "Sure it is important (to take care of the earth), but when Jesus was asked what was the most important issue, He said, ‘Love your God, and love your neighbor as yourself.’ He didn’t say a word about eco-neglect."

I wonder if churches, including so-called "evangelical churches" that are printing their Sunday bulletin on eco-friendly paper, have the same zeal for witnessing to the lost because the time is short?  The magazine Christianity Today, normally pretty friendly to left-leaning causes, is critical of The Green Bible because "its aim is to orient readers to the Bible’s concern for the natural world along with its call for social justice and poverty relief." Christianity Today goes on to point out that this Bible includes "tips for getting started in Christian environmentalism, which looks basically like secular environmentalism along with a list of secular organizations devoted to the environment." 

Yes, we are commanded in the Bible to take care of the earth. It sickens me every time I hear of another species that has become extinct. The reckless targeting of whales and dolphins is deplorable. Man has a responsibility to the earth and the creatures and elements over which we have been given authority to rule. But fighting the pollution and global warming wars will lead to only one thing: One-world globalism.  The source of our ecological problem is man’s fallen nature. He has set himself at the center of the universe. In the absolute extreme, some of the eco-efforts going on, even in the church, can lead ultimately to "mother earth" worship. 
The Bible says, "For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs" (Romans 8:20-22) as it waits for earth’s real liberation — the return of Christ.  The Green Bible and a form of Christianized Sierra Club activity are not what the church is called to today.   Souls are eternal and plant life is not! Preaching the good news of Jesus Christ and using a Bible that most effectively aids in that should be our focus when selecting a Bible.
Please walk past the aisle, and keep moving, when you spot The Green Bible, and why don’t you remind the NAE of its roots? They have nothing to do with recycling.

It’s All Coming Together

I read an article recently that began with these chilling words, "The Institute for Health Freedom (IHF) warns that the economic stimulus bill mandates electronic health records for every citizen without providing for opt-out or patient consent provisions." By now you most likely know this. (If not, I refer you to Jan’s Feb. 21st program where she spoke about this topic with Twila Brase of the Citizens’ Council on Healthcare.)

Think the mandated inclusion of electronic health records is a creation of the currently-officiating members of our executive and legislative branches? Think again. From a careful reading of chapter 8 in the book, It Could Happen Tomorrow, by Gary Frazier, I discovered that this is a well-orchestrated plan that has been in the works for some time.

What you may not know is that in 2007 President Bush signed an agreement that commits the U.S. to economic integration with Europe, and that one of the provisions of the agreement was creating regulatory convergence between the U.S. and the E.U., including integrating health records electronically!

Frazier states that in Annex 7 of this agreement "the U.S. and E.U. resolve to work together on interoperability of e-health records systems, exchange best practices on all dimensions related to all RFID [Radio Frequency Identification], and develop a framework of regulation and payment policies that promote innovation."

He also warns that "the integration of technology and regulatory systems is at the heart of regional and global cooperation, and will be an absolute necessity if regional currencies, national security systems, health-care, and governments are to be integrated into a North American Union and, eventually, a global system." In the agreement, according to Frazier, the United States and the Transatlantic Economic Council have "agreed to work together to integrate their healthcare and economic systems with RFID technology that can later be merged into one system."

"RFID is a technology that uses a transponder tag to store information, which is later accessed and retrieved by an antenna that transmits a signal from the tag," Frazier explains. Presently RFID tags are implanted in animals, merchandise, passports, and automobiles, but research is in advanced stages for actually implanting it in human beings. It has already been used, for instance, in Alzheimer patients who can easily become lost and unable to identify themselves to others.

RFID figures in this globalization plan big-time and is becoming more prominent by the day as Jan’s guest, Katherine Albrecht, pointed out in her March 7th radio interview, again posted late Monday.) Jan and Katherine discussed a new technology — enhanced driver’s licenses (EDL) — that have already been implemented in Washington state and are in the process of being implemented in a number of other states. "We are close to the point now that if you don’t want RFID in any of your documents that you can’t leave the country or get back into it," according to Michigan State Rep. Paul Opsommer in a recent World Net Daily article, that also featured Albrecht. Frazier best sums it up. "RFID technology is being integrated into global commerce by world leaders who know that a cashless society is the only way government can have full control."

Economic integration? Global cooperation? A government that has full control?

Throw in a proposal for an "Organization of Religions Nations" by Italian Democratic Party Leader Walter Veltroni and the picture begins to crystallize. According to Frazier, "Veltroni hopes to create a ‘Palace of Religions’ in Rome, similar to the United Nations building" in Manhattan. At this new palace in Rome, representatives from every religion in the world could come together to discuss the role of religion in the world."

God has told us in His Word that during the Tribulation there will be a one-world religious system (Rev. 17), a one-world economic system (Rev. 13:16, 17 & Rev. 18:1-19), and a one-world government (Rev. 13:1-10 & Dan. 11:36-39). The pieces would seem to be falling into place with increasing speed. We can sit back and watch as God’s Word is fulfilled!

Terrifying, you say? Well, no, because God keeps all of His Word and His promises! And what does He promise His beloved bride? "Let not your heart be troubled . . . if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also" (John 14:1, 3), and, "Because you have kept my command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial, which shall come upon all the world, to test those who dwell on the earth" (Rev. 3:10).

A favorite Bible teacher of mine often says, "When you see the Christmas decorations going up in the local department stores, you know that Thanksgiving is right around the corner!" As we see all the signposts in preparation for the seven-year Tribulation going up, we know it’s almost time to go Home!

It’s all coming together! So watch (Mark 13:37). Don’t be afraid (II Tim. 1:7). And look up (Luke 21:28)! Today you’re one day closer to Eternity!

The Fictitious Unclenched Fist

What is happening in Mideast diplomacy as I write this is another exercise in delusion. Foreign policy decisions are jarring the nerves of sane-thinking people. They are riddled with "the appease disease" again, a tactic that simply never works. Enemies of freedom hate appeasement weasels.

As former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., John Bolton says, "We’re seeing a naive and dangerous approach to foreign policy."

We have a term for the kind people in the frozen tundra of Minnesota: "Minnesota nice." We’re a friendly bunch even if it’s cold eleven months out of the year. It seems the Obama administration is using "Minnesota nice" with Syria, one of the worst barbarian regimes on earth, even though Nancy Pelosi and Rick Warren came back with glowing reports some time ago.  
Ending a four-year diplomatic embargo on Damascus, the Obama administration confirmed that it is sending representatives to Syria for "conversations to improve relations."

We don’t want relations with Syria. They are a tyrant and repressive regime similar to Iran.  They may play a great game of pretend about co-operation but they will always stab Israel, America, and the entire West in the back with a smile on their face. Their strongman leader, Bashir Assad, took over for his father a few years ago. His father thought nothing of blowing away Syrian cities if they had too many "resisters" in them.

Obama says that if "countries are willing to unclench their fist, they will find an extended hand from us." But Syria does not have an unclenched fist!

Additionally, last week America’s Commerce Department approved the exporting of components for Syria’s fleet of aging aircraft. This is aircraft that would be used to wipe Israel off the map if they could.

Damascus is a pawn of Iran, part of Iran’s growing empire which has put the entire region in danger. And now America is complicit in this.

Let’s look at the real Syria to which we are extending an olive branch. Israel destroyed the beginnings of a nuclear reactor there in the fall of 2007. Syria is building a new chemical weapons factory next to a long-range missile base. This way she hides the evidence of its mushrooming nuclear weapons program. Clearly, Syria is preparing for war and not peace. Her fist is clenched. She supported Hamas in the Gaza war and is buying billions of dollars of advanced weaponry from Russia,

It seems certain that Benjamin Netanyahu will be Israel’s next Prime Minister. The Obama administration will exert pressure on him to come to the peace table and offer up the Golan Heights to Syria. This area was taken by Israel for security purposes in 1967.  Netanyahu will be pressured to cave, sacrifice security, and bow to Western wishes that are across-the-board pro-Arab.
Let’s sum this up. Syria is preparing for war. America wants to be her friend anyway. America is rebuilding Syria’s fighter jets. Syria is ruthless and is pursuing nuclear capability and an expansion of her chemical weaponry. Syria wants to wipe out the very memory of Israel’s existence. She would also like to wipe out the memory of America’s existence! She is a sister of Iran. She sponsors terror. Syria has been on a conventional weapons-buying binge to equip its 380,000-man army. In the past three years, Syria spent more than $3 billion on weapons.

So again I ask, do you see an unclenched fist?

At some point Damascus is to be leveled according to Isaiah 17. This is an end-time scenario and that day may be closer than we think now that she is rattling so many sabers. And it may be an inexperienced president who wants to make friends with the enemies of America who could spur an attack on Israel. He believes appeasement is the answer when it comes to foreign policy.

We are in turbulent times. Everyone I speak to has some level of apprehension. It is good to remember some Bible verses. "When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?" (Psalm 11:3) "But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord" (Micah 7:7).  "And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ" (Philippians 4:7).
